KMD wishes to emphasize that KMD takes a stern view of the personal data protection issue relating to the processing of personal data in the digital community. Our practice for information gathering and forwarding of personal data from websites made available by KMD A/S is stated in the following.

KMD complies with the principles of good practices for the processing of data in accordance with the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data.

All use of the website takes place anonymously. KMD does not gather personally traceable data about the users of the website and it is not possible for KMD to identify the individual users as individual people, unless otherwise stipulated on the website.

This does not apply, however, if this information is submitted as part of the user registering an unsolicited job application or in the event of the user registering for subscription schemes on the website or if the user himself/ herself publicizes his/her personal data on the website, e.g. by participating in chat forums or similar.

In connection with the registration of job applications or registering for subscription schemes, the only data to be registered will be those entered by the individual himself/herself, e.g. name, e-mail address, etc. These general personal data will be registered directly at KMD and will not be disclosed to any third party. 4.3 Cookies
KMD reserves the right to use cookies. Cookies are small text files sent from KMD by KMD's server to the user's browser and automatically returned to KMD when the browser changes from one page to another at the time of a visit to a KMD website. If so permitted by the user in his/her browser set-up, the cookie can also be sent automatically to KMD for subsequent visits at the website concerned.
